Resolved

Some users experienced slower-than-usual sync between 09:12 and 10:05 UTC due to increased load on a storage shard. We rebalanced traffic and added capacity. No data was lost.

Intermittent sign-in errors November 4, 2025

Resolved

A configuration change caused a small percentage of sign-in attempts to fail for roughly 25 minutes. We rolled back the change and added a regression check to prevent recurrence.

CDN cache misses in EU region August 27, 2025

Resolved

A regional edge node served stale errors for thumbnail previews, causing slower image loads in parts of Europe. We failed over to a neighboring node and the issue cleared within 40 minutes.
