Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no payment details at all. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and we'll remind you before the trial ends so you're never charged by surprise.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
Your existing files stay safe and accessible. You just won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or move to a larger plan. We'll never delete your data for being over the limit.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual at checkout and you pay for ten months instead of twelve — about 17% off. You can switch between monthly and annual whenever you like.
